The United States military has begun construction of a pier to boost deliveries of desperately needed aid to Gaza, the Pentagon said on Thursday (April 25). Fore more on the humanitarian situation, FRANCE 24's Yinka Oyetade is joined by Scott Lucas a professor of international politics at the Clinton Institute, University College Dublin. He gave us his analysis. "Right now, the pier is more a symbolic effort and won't have a meaningful change in getting aid to Gazans", he said.
