Farmer’s anger set to overshadow France’s agricultural fair

Tensions continue to run high in France’s agricultural sector after the government tried to invite a controversial environmental group to a debate at the National Agricultural Show -a major annual event for both the French public and its politicians which starts this weekend. Ahead of the show, farmers are still letting their frustration be known, saying that even after crippling protests last month, the government is not meeting their demands.
