Armenia on Tuesday said a total of 13,350 refugees have arrived from Nagorno-Karabakh, the majority ethnic Armenian breakaway enclave that was defeated in a lightning offensive by Azerbaijan last week. FRANCE 24's Liza Kaminov reports from the Armenian border.
