Russia's President Vladimir Putin is meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Russia's Black Sea resort of Sochi for talks focused on reviving Ukraine's UN-backed grain export deal. Erdogan is being accompanied by a large delegation, including Turkey's defence, foreign, energy and finance ministers.
