France is gearing up for a new day of strikes tomorrow against a government move to raise the retirement age from 62 to 64. But even outside of France, President Emmanuel Macron is facing resistance to his controversial plan getting heckled by protesters Tuesday during a speech on his trip to the Netherlands. That speech was meant to focus on Europe's future, but it was also overshadowed by Macron's controversial comments on Taiwan. The French President saying earlier when it comes to Taiwan, Europe should not be "followers" of China or the United States. FRANCE 24's Alice Brogat and Carolyn Lamboley report.
